STINGRAY 2009 SCHEDULE

Before planning your vacation be sure to set aside these dates for your Stingray swimmer. You will have two opportunities to get your swimmers registered. Swim Team Important Dates:

 APRIL

Sunday, April 19
Registration & Parent Meeting – 3:30 to 5:30 PM in Sonterra Ballroom

Saturday, April 25
Registration – 3:00 to 4:30 PM in the Sonterra Garden Room ($15 late registration fee after this date).

April 27 to May 1
Summer Technique Tune-up Session #1- 4:15 to 5:15 PM & 5:30 to 6:30 PM (Additional $25 fee)

MAY
May 4 to May 8
Summer Technique Tune-up Session #2 - 4:15 to 5:15 PM & 5:30 to 6:30 PM (Additional $25 fee)

May 11 to May 15
Summer Technique Tune-up Session #3 - 4:15 to 5:15pm & 5:30 to 6:30 PM (Additional $25 fee)
This will be cancelled unless the Stingray practices begin that week

Saturday, May 17
New Stingrays Only Practice – 9:00 to 10:00 AM for 9 year-olds and under; 10:00 to 11:00 AM for 10 year-olds and up
 at the Sonterra Pool

Monday, May 18
First Practice (before school is out) – at Sonterra Pool (see below)


JUNE

Monday, June 1
Dual Meet - 5:00pm warm-up - Sonterra at Eldorado

Saturday, June 6
Dual Meet - 7:30am warm-up - Regency Place at Sonterra

Thursday, June 8

First Practice (after school is out) – at Sonterra Pool (see below)

Saturday, June 13
Fun and Photo Day - 9:00am to 1:00pm

Monday, June 15

Dual Meet – 5:00 PM Warm-up – Live Oak at Sonterra

Saturday, June 20

Dual Meet – 7:00 AM Warm-up – Sonterra at Windcrest

No Practices Monday, Memorial Day, May 25

Starting Thursday, June 8

Morning practices, Monday through Friday:

9:00 to 10:15 AM – All ages (entire pool used during this time)

Evening practices, Monday through Thursday (no Friday evening practices):

5:15 to 6:15 PM – 8 and under or novices of any age

6:15 to 7:30 PM – 8 and older
